Odysian Order

Leadership: Grandmaster-Seeker William Ancev with the aid of The Odysian Council Odysian Council is made up of the Seekers and select Archmages
Once known as the All-Knowing Priests of Odys, the monks of the order made an agreement with the artificers and magi of the Calce Observatory to combine their efforts (Founded in 128 BL) . As the order grew, including scholars of all kinds, as did its locations. Alnnore, Limni, Dfaldaldin*, and Calce** all have Observatory locations in their cities. These locations hold archives upon archives of nearly everything. Copied and stored in each one. A robust teleportation network connects the four observatories. The Order also puts out a newspaper known as the Odysian Chronicle and published work in the Odyssian Journal.

The city of Vathys has expressed interest in upgrading their archives to Observatory status in the Order, but the Alnnore Observatory always vetos their effort to do so.

Their robes are typically blue and white, their rank displayed with their pin and sash. The silver white embrodery on the sash symbolises their rank (Levels 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 have 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 perpendicular lines across the sash, respectively. The remaining have 5 lines, the top being a triangle, with an increasingly complicated embroidery pattern along the edge of the sash as the ranks increase. Each archive, observatory, etc has their own way to symbolise their members and there's no set way or requirement. For example, Calce Observatory members all have a ring with an eye on it after their first promotion.

*The observatory is connected and a part of the Temple of Odys in Dfaldaldin.
**Under the name of The Archival Library of Calce
