Personal history

Enjoys alcohol, and hitting things with his hammer. Hates goblins, and is furiously loyal to his party members. Headstrong, Rusticus is prone to charging forward into battle. This often leads him to being caught out alone, fighting 1 against 1, or 1 against many, while his party is elsewhere.

His early days

Born to the middle class, which includes merchants, artisans, and tradespeople. Grew up in a good-sized settlement, and one his parents was associated with the guild. As a free person, he didn't experience the bondage of serfdom or peasantry, but he also lacks the privilege of the nobility.
Rusticus witnessed and survived a dragon attack. It obliterated the settlement where he lived, and became the motivation for him and his brother to join the Ereborian Army.

The Army

When Rusticus was in his earlier days in the Ereborian army he and his brother were both part of a mission to collapse a tunnel that was a known infiltration point for the troll/goblin army. Rusticus was there as a defence to guard his brother and the other Explosives Expert while they set up the charges. During the operation A troll managed its way past Rusticus killing both the bomb tech and Rusticus’ brother. Later, after Rusticus had worked his way to the council of generals for the Ereborian army as head of the Covert Ops, conflicts between the Ereborian Empire and the Troll/Goblin Forces once again rose and in a incursion Rusticus’ sister was abducted and taken away.

His mission

The Combination of these two experiences tore Rusticus apart and reduced him to a being of primal emotions. Dreams of vengeance became your only promise of comfort. Rusticus took a leave of absence from the army to kill the captors and rescue his sister. After discovering that the goblins had transported his sister to the land of Mylar Rusticus departed his homeland vowing not to return until he had rescued his sister.

Rescue

Upon rescuing his sister, but promptly thereafter dying brutally by being turned into fucking dust, He gained a inner peace. But he was not allowed enough time to overcome his barbaric and raging ways. As such in the afterlife he has returned partly back to the dwarf he once was being a dwarf with a strong sense of honour carried from his days in the army but with a volatile and slightly righteous rage. Still can't help go full rage monster and kill goblins/trolls upon sight.

Champion in being covered by nets. Managed to successfully catch 3 nets in a row with his face, and still fight.

Forgot his own name for a minute after coming out of tree form
Failed his brother, who depended on Rusticus, resulting in his brother's death.

Suffered great losses, driving Rusticus to the extreme ends of anger and rage. Feels great pressure.

Unfairness and injustice are intolerable. Whenever he witnesses them, he feels compelled to act or speak out. When he's personally wronged, he requires appeasement—or revenge if he doesn't receive it.
