Sundering Shields

As an on turn action you can choose to take no damage from a single physical attack and instead break your shield.

Using Worlds without Number

1. All warriors get Killing Blow, but it doesn't apply to TL4+ weapons.

   Class Ability: Killing Blow

   Whenever a Warrior inflicts damage with any attack, spell, or special ability they may add half their character level, rounded up, to the damage done. This damage is also added to any Shock they may inflict.

2. CotBS casters can't partial into WWN caster classes or vice-versa.
3. Everybody can figure out how to use high-tech armor or weaponry with a little practice, but stuff like riding horses, driving vehicles, using computers, or dealing with primitive condition may be automatic for one type of PC and a skill check for another. Hrothgar may not know how to search the internet, but Dr. Philotheus might suffer a +1 penalty to any privation System Strain because he doesn't normally live in a tent six months of the year.
