Bite (1)

Your sharp fangs are a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes using either your Strength or Dexterity modifier. If you hit with them, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength or Dexterity modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.

Darkvision (x)

You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Hunter (1)

You gain proficiency in one of the following skills: Investigation, Nature, Perception, Stealth, or Survival.

Keen Smell (1)

You gain advantage on Wisdom (Perception) and Wisdom (Survival) checks when using your sense of smell.

Lupinal Subrace

Arctic

  • Ability Score Increase: The arctic lupinal increases their Strength score by 2.
  • Breath Weapon (2): When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks to exhale a 15 ft. cone of ice shards. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a Dexterity saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature that fails this save suffers a number of d6 points of cold damage equal to your Proficiency bonus and their movement speed is reduced to 0 until the end of your next turn, a creature that succeeds on this save suffers half damage and is not slowed. You can use your breath weapon a number of times equal to your Proficiency bonus, regaining spent uses after you complete a long rest.
  • Cold Resistance (2): You gain resistance to cold damage and are naturally acclimated to a cold environment.
  • Frost Fur (1): You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made while in a snowy environment.

Timber

  • Ability Score Increase: The timber lupinal increases their Constitution score by 2.
  • Fast (1): Your base movement speed is 40 feet, instead of 30 feet.
  • Moonlit Howl (2): When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks to let loose a mighty howl to debilitate those nearby. The howl can be heard up to 300 feet away, but all creatures not of your pack that are within 15 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. The DC for this save is equal to 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. On a failed save, a creature takes a number of d6 points of thunder damage equal to your Proficiency bonus, and is frightened of you for the next minute, receiving a new save against this fear at the end of their turn. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency bonus, regaining spent uses after you complete long rest.
  • Pack Tactics (2): Whenever you would attack a creature that you have Flanked, you gain an additional +2 bonus on attack rolls made against the flanked creature; additionally, whenever you would attack a creature that is suffering from the Surrounded condition, your attacks against that creature are made at advantage.
