Asturius grew up alone without friends. He would play in the woods with animals and spent days immersed in nature in silence.

No one told him who gave this potion but this mysterious character is a big part of Asturius life and quest. His parents were poor farmers and had no time to care for him.
Asturius grew up alone without friends. He would play in the woods with animals and spent days immersed in nature in silence.
Asturius is secret and mysterious. He tries to never sho his feelings on his face. He holds repressed grief and trauma. he never speaks about it. But he is as well prone top anger bursts. Mostly when it comes to situations he cannot control. He is cynical and sarcastic, as a way to numb himself. He feels like a fool but will enver admit it in public.
At 18 he met a young beauty as he was wandering to find work. He fell in love. She did too. It was a powerful love story, wild and raw.
It was the first time Asturius opened his heart and felt loved. One night,as he came back home from work, Asturius felt something was off. As he came home, he discovered his beloved mutilated in a horrible and wild way. Shocked, he didnt know what to do, so he started to scream. He heard a mysterious voice then, coming from nowhere. «I am the one who made you who you are. You are mine, even if you believe you are not. You can fight as much as you want. I own you, as I own your mother.» Understanding that this voice belonged to the murderer and as well to the person who gave this bewitched potion to his mum before his birth.
from that day on, he is looking for this mysterious person to break the oath, to get revenge and find peace. He feels he is manipulated by a msyterious force. He has no clues about the identity of this person and it drives him crazy.
Asturius is obsessed by this quest. This is what brought him to the ship to go to the tenaru. He carries his anger and cynic attitude to mask his real desire: find the person whoi manipulated his entire life and kill him/her.
