Kromdor
A brutish Orc who has sought the quiet and peaceful life, Kromdor's fate has constantly lead him to the world of violence. Now a slave to the deadly fighting pits of Traxia, he must lean in on his worst behaviors if he hopes to survive.

Personal history
Kromdor never knew his true family or heritage. Raised from infancy by a holy convent as an orphan, the young orc did his best to fall in line and be accepted by human society. Falling in proves to be difficult when the world is acting against you. The other children bullied and harassed Kromdor, accusing him of being a monster and never being allowed to live among their kind. When it got particularly bad, Kromdor finally stood up for himself and pushed back. The fighting got bad, and when the nuns of the convent discovered what had occurred, Kromdor was squarely blamed, despite being the victim. THrown out of the convent, he had to survive on the mean city streets.
This experience would shape his views for the remainder of his life. He would always long for acceptance and close company, but knew he would never be granted that opportunity. He grew to be calloused, hostile, and vindictive; hurting the world before it could hurt him. In othe words, the makings of a perfect cutthroat mercenary.
The work paid the bills enough to survive, if only barely. It came with few friends, and so when his job affected bad people, he had nobody to back him up. Ganged up on by a bunch of crooks, he was beaten, held hostage, and sold off as a slave.
Kromdor would be transported to the desert lands of Traxia, to fight in the coloseum known as The Pit

Kromdor's sexuality is complicated. He desires true love, someone he can be truly intimate and vulnerable with, but has never had the chance, and generally feels the possibility of that is forever out of reach.
In it's place, Kromdor has tried to fill that hole with a long string of prostitutes and one night stands. Rough, fast, domineering sex with no concern of the other's feelings or desires.

Education
Kromdor's education is severely limited, knowing little more than he needed to survive in the harsh streets he grew up in. He can do basic math to make sure his pay is correct, but he is illiterate and in most other ways, unlearned.
