Kilsy Hill - Last Stop

Kilsy Hill is one of the most well-known hills in other countries. Its name is known because Kilsy Hill has a vast port near it and is the last hill treasure hunters stay before they enter the unknown region known as Pristine Prairie. It is also known as Last Stop among the folks to try their luck with the prairie.
Kilsy Hill is one of the outermost hills in the skat'ra plains. It was founded a long time ago, and nowadays, it should be an inner hill, but the queen is fighting tooth and nail and even destroying new hills close to her to keep its status. Resisting to become an inner hill should be a highly controversial decision from her, but the income generated by the port overwrites reality and the potential dangers.
The port, which is not directly part of the hill but Queen Kilsy claims as her own, has a lot of warehouses, taverns, pubs, and saloons. All these establishments pay rental fees to be there, making Kilsy Hill the second most wealthy hill after Thrill Hill. This wealth makes Queen Kilsy one of the most influential of the queens.
In exchange for the rental fees, many of the Kilsy skat'ra are working at the port. The workers are loading and unloading ships, loading caravans with purchased equipment, and doing every menial work. The warriors are responsible for the other within the port. Crime, like vandalism, thievery, and murder, is the lowest in the world. The warriors train the treasure hunters who want to venture into the prairie. They share information about the flora and fauna they are aware of, how to fight the different monsters, and where they can find wood and water if they are running low on supply.
The workers of Kilsy Hill also built a rumbler tower near the hill to help wanderers find their way back to the hill and the port.
Never afraid of a little tavern brawl, but those skat'ra lads look terrifying
