Broughton

The town of Broughton is located in the Southern part of the Empire in the Bay of Spheres.  This port town is heavily populated by Dragonborn and Tieflings with other races scattered throughout.  It is an orderly town and filled with hardworking fishermen and deep sea divers.  The town refines the Viridet fund in underwater caves here and transports it to the Great Wall to replenish the stock used to retain the planar barrier that keeps the Dynasties extra planar forces from simply bypassing the wall completely.
