Changelings

Changelings in the Empire Changelings are often used as spies to infiltrate the Dynasty. They are largely located in the Capital city of Zaramunz. They are relatively rare and those that exist are paid handsomely for the information they garner. Unfortunately the Dynasty has ways to identify the Changelings making the average life expectancy of a Changeling operative less than ideal.
Some changelings also act as decoys or spread misinformation to confuse and thwart the Dynasty spies within the capital.
