Gorgandrs Rest

An underground Kobold city nestled in the Calidar Mountains.  Led by the All Watcher Zess.  Other notable chacaters are Backstabber and Ippe the sorceror.  The city is built into the sides of an underground fissure that has a lava stream at it's base.  All watcher Zess has made in insinuations of a dragon who lives down at the base of the city.
