Half Elves

Half Elves in the Empire Half elves are a barely tolerated race.  The animosity between the humans and elves runs deep.  Half elves are killed on sight in the Dynasty, but in the Empire they are at least left somewhat to their own devices.  Wherever they go though prices seem to go up and inn's seem to be full.  Most half-elves lead a nomadic existence and are a minority on the continent.  Half elves are not allowed to vote, nor are they allowed in the military.  Though there are rumors of a secret force of half elf assassins used specifically for their disposable status...
