Venasati Goddess of Music

Titles -

Venasati is the Goddess of Music, Freedom, Dreams, Sky, and Creativity. She used to be the Goddess of Wind until Decaragus stole that power from her. She is also called "The Songbird".

Appearence -

The Goddess of Music takes the appearance of a lively half elf woman with long hair that is white on her left side and red on her right; the colors are perfectly separated at the middle of her scalp. Her hair is arranged into two long ponytails with two circular braids at the end; these circular braids are also seen at the top of her head. She also has bright green eyes, large green and gold magical headphones, and wears a short white dress with her emblem on the belly button. The Goddess of Music emblem is a pair of one red and one white wing with the Treble Clef in the center. She was originally born with large beautiful wings which she used to control the skies but Decaragus ate those wings.

History -

Venasati was born a Half-Elf Goddess on the 2nd of Triber, 7 AT. She is the third child of the Gods Atochi God of Justice and Hazelia Goddess of Nature. She grew up close to her mother and the other Guardian Gods. She was always very free and happy as she grew up not really interacting much with her siblings. As she grew up she loved to listen and sing to the music of the people who lived in the heavenly planes. She would spend all her time happily playing around and singing without much care for the business of mortals. This would go on for many years until she met Decaragus.   They would get into constant arguments as Decaragus never liked music and would always see her as a usable power. So he interrupted many of Venasati's songs and performances for the other Gods. Eventually Decaragus made his move after one of the Goddess of Music performances. He caught her off guard and ripped her wings off. She screamed in pain as a part of her divine energy was taken away causing her to go into a coma. At the same time the mortal plane lost all its wind and many common people and Venasati fell into a dream induced by her coma.   Decaragus would then gain her power over wind and restart the winds of the world but the King of the Gods quickly found out and smited him severely. While she was in the dream world with the mortals she learned she could control the dream realm but she nor the people inside couldn't leave. In order to get her and the mortals out of her dream Dainsleif used a special magic that would "banish" her to the mortal plane and give her a new mortal body. She would then live without most of her memories for a full mortal adult human life without her Goddess powers.   Not much is known about her life as a mortal but what is known is she had many life changing experiences which had a lasting effect on her changing her perspective on the world. She would come to the conclusion that the world is not a happy place for many but through song and music the difficulties of life can be helped.   After she ran the course of her life and died of old age, she was ascended back to divinity. There, the Heavens had a massive celebration that lasted for 3 weeks. As compensation for the pain and troubles, the God King gave her the Authorities of Freedom and Dreams.

Relations -

For most of the Pantheon, Venasati is an important and bright character in the heavenly planes. She is usually close to her mother and father but she barely knows her brother and sister. She wishes to share her music and love to her siblings even though they do not feel the same. She is also quite close to Dainsleif as he is the one who saved her from near death and in general she respects him and follows his orders even against her chaotic nature. Of course, because of their previous history Venasati hates Decaragus. While the Goddess of Music is not very close to the mortals of the planes she does sympathize and care for them all.

General -

Venasati believes that the evils and darkness of the world can be treated through music and that through that music mortals can find freedom and happiness. She believes that the happiness, freedom, and dreams of mortals is of the utmost importance and needs to be protected. In terms of cleric subclasses she can represent. In terms of cleric subclasses she can represent Life, Tempest, and Peace.   Venasati's followers are usually in three types. The most common being the average musician, performer, or artist. The second type are worshipers of freedom, creativity, and sky who want to be free like the sky and create things that fall under many names. The third type are called the Traumers and they believe in the "Devil of the Dream" which is a legend about Venasati that said that she is cursed by an evil fiend that controls the border between the Dream Realm and the Mortal Plane. It is said that if Venasati enters her endless dream and her physical body is destroyed a "perfect dream world" will descend upon the world. The Traumers believe that only this dream world can save them and the world from pain and suffering.
