The Kobold Primer

This is a book written by a halfling explorer prior to the Queen's War about his time in the forests near Carda where he studied the Kobolds that dwelled there.
After successfully studying the works the reader will come away with the following key facts as well as any in-game benefits mentioned below:

The Kobolds of Tairos struggle with the numerous goblin tribes for control of key resources

They view the Gnome race as having stolen their land and believe the gnomes came from an entirely different world or reality.

Dragon worship is their primary religion. They have no respect for the pantheon of Tairos

Kobolds believe they are divine creatures created by the dragons of legend to inherit Tairos and the other races are desecrating the holy lands meant only for dragons, kobolds and other scaly kinds.

They are extremely intelligent, cunning and cultural despite what most races believe. Most of their culture revolves around tracing their family heritage to whichever dragon they believe is the progenitor of their bloodline.

Requires one Knowledge Arcana check at DC 12 to successfully complete. Each check requires one day of study
Upon successfully completing the second check the reader will gain the skill one level in Knowledge: Ruins of Greenbriar skill and will gain a +1 circumstance bonus toward any social roll involving a Kobold
The first time a party member reads the book a reward of 200XP will be added to the next Experience Point reward. This represents them sharing what they've learned with the party and the party becoming more knowledgeable for it.
