The divine relic of Mac Rialor, the Monarch. This ancient tome is said to grant the power of premonitions. It is able to connect its wielder with the hearts of others. Just as many of the other Divine Relics, it has disappeared into obscurity until recent times.
The Apocryphal Refrain was seized by Ronald Riagain in early Fall 2067 during an encounter with a suspicious individual connected to Mac Rialor. Since obtaining it, Ronald has managed to unleash a fraction of its abilities.
