Circos (They/Them)

A djinn (sentient air elemental, almost akin to genies), captain of The Vengeful Storm.
They used to have a contract transporting material from Rainbow Minerals Mine on the north shore of Nathair. As the route went close to Oscionn, Circos was one of the few captains with the ability to navigate the elemental storms.
Then their ship was destroyed by a kraken and they returned to their ancestral home.
