Organ Leggers

Organ leggers, those people that discreetly or indiscreetly take care of those bodies and persons that you need to have disappear. It does not matter if the person is breathing or not an organ is an organ, someone somewhere will pay for it. Some say that it is a nasty job, but someone has to do it. You expect the corps or government to do it?
Why organs when there is cyberware and bioware? Well not everyone can afford that or have it available. Some countries having the laws that they have saying that people have to be natural and unmodified. Many also sell something spare for the credits to get the things they need. Hey if your kids have to eat, what does it matter if you have one kidney instead of two?
For the most part though, the bobs and bits come from various bodies that are disposed of to hinder an official investigation. Maybe you shot up a rival, have a few hostages that the corps decided to not pay ransom for, anyone can provide a part or parts. No? Well I can do cosmetic surgery too if you're interested in a new look. A nip and tuck there, a little suction here and I will create an all new you.
Then there are the ghouls, those sad souls that have that odd strain of vampirism which requires them to consume human flesh. They have to eat too and better for them to get something out of a black clinic's bin than to be creeping around where your children go to school. Do you have children in school? 
Other kinds of vampires have special dietary requirements too. Those odd ones from the Philippines that have to eat human livers. Then there are the ones from South America that can only feed on spinal fluid. Fortunately most required old fashioned blood and a person can be milked for a good long time with proper care. Would you like to make a little blood donation tonight?
