The Blushing Twig is owned by Doris Halls and her life partner Keren Halls, both of whom are stout yet beautiful dwarves in their middle years. Built from local quarried stone sometime in the boom years it is starting to show it age in the creaking of the floorboards and drafts around the windows. The thatching on the roof is fresh and inside it is kept very clean for a tiny tavern in the middle of nowhere.
Above the long oaken bar on the north wall is a selection of mining tools positioned the same way a bigger bar might display special swords etc. There is a small door behind the bar at the top of a narrow staircase leading into the cellar. On a typical night, the clientele are made up almost exclusively of the locals and as such when any outsiders arrive in town it can become a bit of an event.
There is no "upstairs" entertainment at this venue as that kind of thing is more for bigger towns and people that don't behave. This modest Inn has six rooms for rent. Two rooms are slightly more stately in so much as they have bath and service. The remaining 4 rooms are smaller but can still sleep two people per a room comfortably. Costs vary depending on the clientele and whether Doris likes you or not.
There is also boarding in the hayloft of the Inn for free but its got a few rats and mice.
