Forin Rillkep

Sheriff

Forin Rillkep is sheriff of Whitebridge and leads the militia of the Downs in times of crisis. A permanent sneer graces the hin's face, and most people who meet Forin consider him dull-witted and bumbling. His habit of asking a lot of questions when he meets someone, and seeming to repeat similar questions during the conversation just reinforces that perception.
But Forin sees and understands a lot more than he lets on, and he has routed out several groups of bandits after meeting one of their own. The only time Forin's demeanor changes is when he is around Priestess of Yondalla Perythea. Hin say he stands straighter and smiles when around Perythea. There's talk that he is quite fond of the priestess, but considering that her husband only died a few years ago, that just wouldn't be appropriate.
Deputy Wilby and his two guards, Denbel and Randill, practically worship the ground Forin walks on. They carry out his orders as if Avoreen himself had given them.
