Feldrin creates the Damaran Council, composed of the regional governments. The Damaran Council agrees to form a central government to facilitate the mining of Bloodstone from the Galena. Feldrin was appointed King of Damara by the Council. The territories and leadership of the Duchies and Baronies (except for Bloodstone) were defined.
