Aboleth Rune Lands

These lands consist of three different sections of lands.. fairly diverse.
Within the Steaming Sea. they control all of the cities and islands except for the Mordant Spire which remains free. It is unknown to any of the heroes where the capital of this lands.   All outsider ships are sunk.. not much news has escaped.. All that is really known is nothing.
The entirity of the  Kodar Mountains are under their command. the Storval Plateau is fully under their command.
