Rolling Dice

1. Rolling Dice - If you roll the dice. That's your roll. It doesn't matter where it was rolled or if you were ready. If it was rolled on the battle-mat/table/dice tray that's your roll. I make exceptions for dice that are tilted and thus a reroll is allowed.
