Rise of the Ironfang Legion

Military action

Molthrune has been taken over by the Gnoll and Bugbear Iron Legion.

In the year 4715 the Ironfang Legion succeeded in what they had been trying for generations. Conquering the lands of Molthune, north to the southern shores of Morideth River taking the city of Phaendar. the elves of Nirmathas hold th forest. Knights from Lastwall hold the plains and northern banks of the Morideth.   A second Tsunami washes over the cities along the shores of Lake Encarthan as the Onyx Cathedral crashes into the waters off the coast of the Island of Terror. Sadly it's just a decade and half after Kyonin was destroyed.   Alot of the commoner's who survived have decided to move to another location, not on the lake shores. Others do not believe that it could happen a third time and have taken to rebuilding their enterprises.   The kingdoms of Nirmathas and Lastwall as well as the Cheliaxan Empire have Molthune surrounded on all but the lakeshore and have established camps and patrols with a campaign of isolation for Molthune.   We can only hope and pray that Molthune can hold the Cheliaxian empires attention for the rest of Avastain to wake up and see the danger before Cheliax controls all of the Inner sea region.
