Skulls and Shackles

In Fall of the year 4712 a new Hurricane King has arisen amoungst the pirates of The Shackles.   Three full Cheliaxian fleets have been sunk in the past four years trying to pass thru the Shackles in route to sargovia.   Mount Keenan erupts flooding Quent and utterly destroying Plumbtown.   The Titan Ifestus awakens after the eruption and heads off into the the depths of the Eye.   It seems the hurricane king is allied with Sargovia.
