In midsummer of 4709 a new spawn of Ravagug was released within the kingdoms of Katepesh destroying the village of Kelmarane as The Pale Mountain errupts.   An army of Jann and Efreete supported by the forces of the Carrion King tried to attack and defeat Xotani the fire bleeder and failed.   The packmasters of Katepesh were greatly weakened sending ALL of the kingdoms slaves to battle again Xotani.   The templars of the five winds were also wiped out the last trying to defeat it.   Much, much loss of life over the past seven years.   The nation of Nex took the opportunity to move north into the devastation. Raising the vast multitude of dead into skeletal soldiers to reinforce their armies.   So too did the forces of the reborn Osirian empire move south at times clashing with the undead of Nex, other times working besides them to fight against Xotani.   Rumors filtering north in the eighth month of 4716 state that Xotani has left Golarion to seek out Ymeri within the Plane of Fire.   Rumors also speak of a war between the Osirian forces and the undead legions of Geb.
