Filge

Filge was a deranged necromancer from the Free City of Greyhawk. In his final moments he revealed that he was old friends with Balabar Smenk, who brought him to Diamond Lake and set him up in the Old Observatory to help Smenk, who had unwittingly been drawn into helping a burgeoning cult operating deep under Dourstone Mine.
