Painted Man

Though many locals call him the painted man due to his fearsome appearance, Jharan Hulris (human male) is a kindly soul who just happens to be covered with tattoos of writhing, worm-like dragons.
The tattooist stands over 6 ft tall and weighs 250 pounds and generally walks around half-naked to show off his tattoos.
He sells small tattoos for about 1 gp, an apple-sized tattoo for 10 gp, while larger or more intricate tattoos may cost 100 gp or more. Jharan is also able to craft magical tattoos, he generally takes a day to bond the magic to the skin. These tattoo's function as potions - once used, they vanish. Jharan can make magic tattoos of the following spells: cure wounds, detect magic, disguise self, or expeditious retreat.
