Red Hand Goblins

A minor goblin tribe in the Cairn Hills, the Red Hands have been staging successful raids on passing caravans for years. With fewer than two dozen members, the tribe carefully scouts passing merchants and caravans making sure they didn't bite off more than they could chew. Unfortunately, they were wiped out by a young adventuring team who seemed to come out of nowhere.
