Skutch

Skutch is a heavily tattooed man who made his name breaking into houses until he was caught and "allowed" to pay of his debt in Garavin Vesst mines. Unfortunately, before being put out of business by Balabar Smenk, Vesst considered the miners his personal property and had them all tattooed with his company symbol. Smenk's utter destruction of Vesst made him a hero of Vesst's miners. Skutch didn't return to the mines, but gained employment as part of Smenk's hired goons.
