Acid

This is a physical based power. Characters with this power can generate and project streams of acid from their fingers, fists, or hands.

At the time this power is purchased for a character, the player must decide the following about the power's effects:

• Does the acid have a color? Is it colorless?
• Does the acid have an odor before it starts to react with the target of the power?

When this power is used, it is treated as standard Physical Attack with AV/EV equal to the APs of Acid. The OV/RV is equal to the target's DEX/BODY. If Acid is used to attack a metallic object or surface, then the target's RV is decreased by one column.

This is inspired by the power of the same name in the DC Heroes 3rd Edition "White Book"
