AP Purchase Chart for Character and Gadget Creation

Attributes, Powers, Skills, and gadgets are purchased with Hero Points. During character creation, the cost of these is determined off the AP Purchase Chart which lists how much each AP level costs based on the Factor Cost involved.

Factor Cost is the measurement of how effective a power, skill, or attribute is for a character. During character creation, as seen in the table below, it directly influences the cost of each level of AP for a given aspect of a character.
