Last time out heroes, after getting inside the mysterious Von Brandenburg estate, discovered that it was Dr. Tatiana Von Brandenburg who was behind the Quantum Bells all along! Having scattered them across the globe, she seeks to have them emit some sort of energy wave that would remove all extraterrestrial life from Earth!
A lethal move if you ask me, but I'm not a villain!
Desperate to stop this, our heroes played along but found themselves separated across the compound. Loki and Cypher were in the estate's data center precariously avoiding being discovered by Dr. Teleios! Sahara was near the 'kennel' where he rescued a Thanagarian from among the prehistoric predators. Elektra, after a brilliant effort to con Dr. Tatianna Von Brandenburg, found herself in the scientist's lab supposedly helping the villain? But what about Bourne?
Yes, what about Nathan Bourne, aka Agent Chameleon or "Kitsune"?
Separated from the others, Kitsune finds himself facing off with his arch-nemesis in a hallway of the estate. A former agent named Simon Kincade. The man who turned traitor and murdered Kitsune's wife. Captain Fel is cloaked and with Kitsune, but really at this point all Kitsune sees is his hated enemy.
Will our heroes stop Dr. Von Brandenburg from setting off the energy wave that might eliminate - or transport - all extraterrestrial life off Earth? What is Telieos really there at the estate for? Is he there on a vacation, or is his purpose more sinister? And what is Simon Kincade's angle?
