A former New York City corporation now headquartered out of South Africa. The Merriwether Corp offers consultation services in realigning policies for customer businesses that need to adhere to, or exceed, EPA government regulations in a profitable manner.
To date, they have a long list of good references from clients who applaud their work. A few years back they were involved in working with some of the cleanup surrounding a freak flooding incident in New York City.
At present, Lior Provenza is listed as the CEO and Janice Lewis is the Vice President.
It's a matter of record that Janice Lewis has a personal vendetta against pollution and polluted areas. This extends to a open dislike of corporations that have occasionally run afoul of EPA regulations, such as Lex Corp or Oscorp.
