In simultaneous attacks, people wearing the logo of Revelations Inc take hostages at strategic points throughout New York City to protest the ongoing trial of "The People of New York vs Randall Kentis". All transportation routes through the city are brought to a standstill . . . except for The Rooftop Express. Knight Thrasher swings into action!

The prosecutor works for the FBI sometimes on a contact basis or possibly as freelance consulting. he runs his own small legal firm when he is not employed by the government. he has an unofficial reputation for being a difficult coworker, to the point that no other reputable legal firm is interested in employing him.
For this case, the prosecutor has subpoenaed the costumed individuals known under the monitors of "Knight Threshyr" and "Dark Angel", who will be able to give eyewitness testimony to the events of October 1998 when the alleged crimes were committed. as a component of these subpoenas, the prosecutor has offered partial amnesty. these two heroes cannot act as vigilantes during the trial. the endlessly lasts only until a day after the individual has been dismissed as a witness. these individuals must come up with a scientific expert level method of establishing their ID as the cited witnesses of the previous events. the individuals must undergo a psychological competency exam before testimony, all of which will be reviewed by the defense.
In trade for these restrictions, Mr Flemish guarantees there will be no personal questions allowed. she will check to and otherwise prevent questions regarding any irrelevant events. the prosecutor's office will permit only testimony necessary to the incidence occurrence and the charges that are under consideration.
While confounding and ultimately defeating the hostage takers, especially an individual by the name of fieldstone who saw himself as the Reverend's rescuer, Fright became the "Crystalline Crusader": a completely clear version of Billy Graham, a cleric invested by the First Pentecostal Church of Gotham City.
