Boris Smallfoot

An ageing Halfling Boris Smallfoot is the owner and on most nights sole operator of the The Resplendent Meadow serving all the patrons of Anterloch. Though this is where he believes his job should stop Boris has never exactly liked strangers so he shows this by refusing service to any outsiders. While many blame his age as a balding, gruff old Halfking, those old enough to remember swear Boris was just as bad growing up.
