Falling Sky's
The only good dragon is a dead dragon !Found deep inside a large canyon within The Fractured Summits is a powerful and elite guild of dragon hunters known as the Falling Skys. This mass of warriors chose this exact location for the constant training available through the greenskins always roaming around. To join the guild you must first be invited and then prove yourself with a task given by the guild only then would one be allowed to join as a Wyrmling. It is then that you are given access to the Chromatic Canyon and the Metallic Manor very few are given this honor of seeing the inside of the guild, they make sure of this within the large fortified walls and defenses surrounding the edges of the canyon. The inside of the canyon holds many things such as the ground for raising and training all forms of animals from beasts of burden to mounts for battle, the rest of the grounds are set up as training areas of all types. While the massive Metallic Manor is home to a lobby, mess hall, kitchen, common area, meeting rooms, armory, library, ritual room, lodging, and the underground hall of heroes to honor notable fallen members.
Guild Codex
The guild asks for all of its members to follow a codex of six laws, breaking the laws can result in a variety of punishments based on the severity of the crime this can range from being exiled from the guild to having a bounty placed on your head by your once guildmates. Law 1: Any and all dragons are enemies and must die by the blade. Law 2: You must treat any and all members as your brother in arms and shield them with your life. Law 3: To honor all that the dragon slaid during its life you must you all you can from a dragon corpse. Law 4: Any member must alert the guild if they find evidence of an unknown dragon. Law 5: When on a hunt the highest ranked member is the leader and their word is law. Law 6: All the above laws must come before any personal values and must be followed at all times. * To follow Law number 4 every member is given a dog whistle, this whistle can be heard by the guild blink dogs from anywhere on Talos in which case one will teleport to the location of the whistle to acquire the dragon's scent, it will then return to the guild for further instructions. Thanks to special training from just the scent the blink dogs can tell the dragons type and stage in life relaying them through a series of barks.Structure
While most members are commonly referred to as "Drachen" this is actually just a title in reference to an ancient belief only a dragon can kill a dragon and is not an indicator of rank within the guild.
Must have slain at least two dragons before an invite is extended from the guild.
Must perform well in several hunts chosen by the guild to advance in rank.
Any hunt through the guild at this rank must end in a 60-40 split of any treasure and reward with 60% going to the guild
Benefits:
Access to dragon slaying hunts from all across Talos.
Access to the forge and those who know how to work parts of dragons into equipment.
Access to the facilities within the Chromatic Canyon and the Metallic Mansion.
Wyrmling:
Mid Level Membership
-Nomination Dues: 800 Gold
Requirements:
Must have completed at least 5 Hatching level hunts successfully and returned to tell the tale.
Any hunt through the guild at this rank must end in a 50-50 split of any treasure and reward with 50% going to the guild
Benefits:
Reduced cost when a guild member creates an item using dragon parts.
Advantage on a dragon's Frightful Presence saving throw.
Adult:
High Ranked membership
-Nomination Dues: 1500 Gold
Requirements:
Must have completed at least 10 Hatching or Wyrmling level hunts successfully and returned to tell the tale.
Any hunt through the guild at this rank must end in a 40-60 split of any treasure and reward with 40% going to the guild
Benefits:
-Unlocks a new tier of dragon hunting quest.
- Advantage on a dragon's Breath Weapon saving throw.
Ancient:
High Ranked membership
-Nomination Dues: 3500 Gold
Requirements:
To acquire this rank one must be nominated by an Ancient rank or higher within the guild once this is done the member who nominated the up-and-comer must join them on an Ancient tiered hunt and judging how they perform a successful hunt doesn't necessarily mean a pass.
Any hunt through the guild at this rank must end in a 35-65 split of any treasure and reward with 35% going to the guild.
Benefits:
-Unlocks the final tier of the dragon hunting quest.
Once acquiring this rank a member will undergo a ritual making them resistant to a damage type of their choice out of acid, cold, poison, lighting, or fire. ( This resistance does not stack with any other similar effects a character might have.)
Great Wyrm:
This rank is locked to only the current guild leaders.

Hatching: Entry Level Membership: One-year probationary period unless rank is advanced -Enrollment Dues: 500gp or minor magical item -Nomination Dues: 300gp Requirements:As the sky falls, the knights rise!
Founding Date
Some claim the guild is a little over 100 years while other claim it is closer to 200 years the disparagement is between if the founders where already the guild before they settles in the canyon or not.
