Luthier Baalex
An old Dragonborn Luthier with grey scales that almost resemble a mustache and beard he is always seen wearing what most refer to as " potion bottle " glasses he is terribly blind without them. As he is the head of the testing district he’s always working on something that will be " revolutionary " and refuses to look away from what he’s working on for more than a second. Even though he is such an integral part of The Phantom Dragon: Alliance Magic Guild - Asharai Branch he is never seen in the guild halls as he never leaves his workshop unless going home. Everyone puts up with it and understands as his genius is undeniable many joke this is why his granddaughter is able to deal with him. Luthier raised his granddaughter alone after his " good for nothing " son left her at his doorstep as a hatchling, rumors say his son is some famous adventurer but Luthier refuses to speak about him. Nowadays his now teenage granddaughter does most of the dealing and scheduling giving him some time to focus on his work. Luthier doesn't like to speak about many things but speak to him about magic or components and you'll see him light up like no other normally talking rapid fire until he's out of breath and coughing.
