Swently Kells

Swently Kells is the newest in her family's line of shop owners she run the store for several decades now and seems to enjoy every moment of it. She is known for her cheerful and bubbly personality as well as her ability to drop and forget everything when she sees something interesting always leading her to haggling or bartering with those who come into her store. Some joke that the store is just as much a way to show off her random collection as much as it is to actually sell anything to the town.
