The Masked Ones

Both the land and the seas are controlled by this faceless organization known as The Masked Ones. The group first appeared during the " War of the Waves " the very war that carried on for generations was completely halted within a century. After taking over Enbar it and its people prospered, though some much more than others. Although not much is known about the organization or its members, members of The Masked ones are easy to recognize as all members wear ornate face masks and black robes.
