Ulzia Delacour

A bald, female wizard who owns Good as New, she hates selling anything but she repairs and for a grand fee even enchants items for others. She also has a hairless cat that seems to mimic her as both hate all people, maybe wonder if both of thier baldness is related to the same incident. Ulzia is said to have looks that could kill, but she is super sensitive when someone brings up her lack of hair.
