Cluck Norris was a monk, traveling from distant
Keld with his brother
Oswald. Unfortunately, he was imprisoned and killed by the
Monster of the Maze before the brothers could make their mark on
Gaes.
Description
Cluck was a
Gallus of the fearless variant. He was serenely calm, even in deadly situations.
Relationships
He shared a close bond with brother. It was his dying wish that Oswald not mourn him, and instead become a bard of great renown; out of love, Cluck converted himself into pure ki and melded with Oswald's, so that he would always walk beside him.
History
Living in the shadows of Kelden dragon hunters, the brothers struck out on their own to make names for themselves. However, when first reaching the
Borderlands and the
Caves of Chaos, Cluck was kidnapped and offered to appease the bloodthirsty
Monster of the Maze.
Seeking help from
Kapital, his brother Oswald searched the warrior's lair and eventually found his brother. However, the minotaur, enraged by the intruders, swiftly snapped Cluck's neck with his bare hands.
As his brother fought back tears, Cluck comforted Oswald without words. The monk transcended his physical form, becoming pure ki and combining with Oswald's, so that he may never feel fear again.
