spirit naga takes the form of a massive serpent with a human woman's face. Her eyes possess a cold and calculating glint.
Personality
She seems almost amused when her prisoners try to fight back.
History
When
Kapital unexpectedly teleported into the Forbidden City, she was torturing a
prisoner. She prepared to take them all as prisoners and/or sacrifices.
Hayate Kobayashi pledged to serve her order willingly, offering up a cup of his cursed blood. She accepted his offering and cast
geas on him, compelling him to retrieve the
Shattered Glass of the Isle of Time from the
Caves of Chaos. In exchange for the ronin's servitude, she allowed the guild to leave her room, but she did not promise to aid them in avoiding the other dangers of the city.
