Titles and Ranks of the Cult of Rakdos

While the Rakdos Labor Union is very public in its unionized efforts for better labor laws and treatment of the working class, a deal was struck with the Azorius judiciary branch and the guildmaster Rakdos just after the Guildpact was signed. While details of this deal are not publically known, the information detailing the organization of the Labor Union and the accalades required for advancement were sealed privately to Rakdos alone, along the reasoning that by knowing the interworkings of the labor union, one could abuse it's loopholes to gain power over the guild itself. Niv-Mizzet openly protested the information being kept secret, as it gave the Rakdos an upper hand on the rest of the Guilds by knowing their ranks and structure. However, since the Labor Union had already been formed, Rakdos was tied to keep his structure the same, and the devil argued that by being unable to change his structure from this point onwards left him at a disadvantage to the other guilds. Under law by the Guildpact, the Azorius ruled that gaining power by any means over another guild violated the Guildpact on principle, and Rakdos's request was granted, given the Rakdos guild never abolished their Labor Union in favor of a new guild leadership structure[1].   Because of this, the ranks and titles inside of the Rakdos guild are sealed, though the knowledge that the Guild is in fact organized into a Labor Union remains public knowledge.   [1]This decision ironically forces Rakdos to remain the guildmaster of the guild while he remains a concious, sentient creature, without allowing him to appoint a separate guildmaster. According to term agreements, if Rakdos is ever put in a state unfit to rule according to the agreement, first, attempts will be made to restore Rakdos to a ruling state by the rest of the guilds, and upon failure, the Rakdos Labor Union structure will be released to the Azorius for storage in the public records. Niv-Mizzet warned of this clause, but was forced to abide by the Azorius rulings enforced by the Guildpact. Information provided by House Dimir and Associates.
