Nala, the Spider's Web

A city of thieves, cutthroats, harlots and corruption. What once was the site of a run of the mill bandit's stash, has slowly been transformed into a towering hive of secrets. The city has levels to it, with slum after slum being smashed on top of one another. The lower you go the worse it gets. Dimly lit corridors and ramshackle elevators divide the various territories and levels of power, while giving the city its namesake look of a spiders web at night.
These slums are ruled by local gangs who constantly jockey for control over various illicit activities. All are quick to fall in line when The Legs of Asdiel come for a visit. No person in the city would dare disobey the will of the ones who sit at the peak of the web. The individuals who run the city have the backing of the Regent, so they are an extension of her will.
