Ozar Fess

Ozar Fess is a blue-skinned triton with hair like river weeds that is barely contained by a headband. He has frog-like hazel eyes and is kind of damp at all times. As dockmaster of Chandris, he coordinates river travel in the River District. He is a laid-back, chill guy who likes to guess people's names (insists on doing this). Has the ability to make friends with almost anyone.
He briefly traveled with the party as they investigated a rash of river animal attacks on his behalf, which ended up being the work of two wyverns who had been driven out of their home by Zamothe the Clever. Got along swimmingly with Abiyr Arsolum.
