Poppy Amine

Poppy is an elvish orphan, about 11 years old, in the care of Indira Ashtaar at the Amine Orphanage in Cirta. She has stunningly bright red hair and is skilled at making small contraptions, which led to her being kidnapped by Fane Gandred's slavers, but she was rescued by the party.
Bill Stoneheaver later attempted to trick her into thinking his bolo tie was magical, but he was quickly found out.
