Skelly is a goblin rogue with a yellow-green skintone, violet eyes, and dyed blue hair. She tends to dress in a somewhat provocative punk rock style and hangs out with Ishani Khan Ashtaar's people. A skilled pickpocket and cat burglar, Skelly has been a friend and informant for Ishani for years. She's also an incurable flirt who hit on Alden Blackwell several times.
