Dwarves
A now prevalent and common sight across Talora, dwarves have thoroughly carved out their place in the wider world.
After the destruction of their homeland, the dwarven people made a mass and complete exodus from their ruined homes and migrated to various corners of the known world. Finding the most receptive lands being the homeland of the Elves, Run Athosi. Having entered Talora in the same cycle, the two races found a lot in common and have developed an eternal friendship in the over two millennia they have lived together.
Currently Dwarves dominate the seas, making up the vast majority of naval trade, military, and exploration. A lot of this focus being turned back to their homeland where they make constant incursions back into the jagged landscape. Mostly returning home to mine and harvest Iron Bark for their ships, they also show great interest in excavating their old cities to recover some of their lost history.
