Talus

This adventure takes place in a post-apocalyptic medieval fantasy. Long ago, the world had been destroyed by the hazardous use of magic. Most notably, the disasters cascaded from the explosion of a magic reactor and resulting in a chain reactions. These explosions were unbelievably massive, destroying anything in it's blast radius. The areas have since been polluted with [Putrition], making them unlivable. The excess of this pollution has also seeped into the air and the water, causing natural disasters through acidic rain and destroying crops.   Almost 100 years after these catastrophic events and multiple minor towns have been popping up. Establishing and growing mostly by scavenging and adapting to the land. A new resource has been exploited, called Arcadium. This finite resource is highly sought after for it's varying unique properties. Most notably, to supply power. Laws exist only within the towns, if at all. No one has power over the country. Not yet anyways...It is said that whoever owns enough Arcadium could control the world.   Our story follows one of these humble towns just getting started and quickly establishing itself. Who will the town ally with? Who will become it's enemy? How will it grow? That is up to the players.
