Durrilan Thelypteris Concordat of SF 341

This agreement between the lands of Tellenheim and Oraheim details an armistice between the two realms.  In the second age there were many major wars fought between the continents seeking new lands and resources.  These conflicts grew as the second age waned and the shard magic began to lessen.  Finding new farm land and laying claim to minerals and timber became more important to all the great families and kingdoms of Tanaheim.  These wars reached a fever pitch at the end of the second age and the third recorded shardfall.  With the introduction of new power and a wealth of new spells began a new type of warfare.  Battle mages on both sides began a magical arms race with ever more destructive power.  
In the third century the leaders of the great houses of Penthos and the great royal Kingdoms of Oraheim began to talk peace.  The final agreement was hammered out by Oscarius Durrilan the Arch duke of Penthos and Peryton Thelypteris King of Hala.  They agreed to leave the borders of their lands as is for the foreseeable future and to cease all violence and conflicts.  
It was signed on the 5th of Noxolon in the Year SF 341.
