Pulcinella, The Redeemer

Once a drow woman and a scholar living in the underdark city of Metolarian, Pulcinella started to make many academic study trips to the Forest realms of Oraheim.  Once when traveling north into the Eiger Sanction she watched the snow fall for hours.  Fascinated with this phenomena she decided to make it her life's work.  Combining Drow magic with ice and cold became her sole obsession.  When a burst of wild magic due to that Millenia's shard fall consumed her she exerted enough of her will power to reform herself using the ice nearby.  The glacier she had been studying had seen many shard falls before and had been imbued with magic from the weave that she was able to tap into.  The glacier had elemental properties and she was it's new avatar.  For the next century she stalked the Eigerlands as the entity known as the Ice Witch.  Eventually the heroes of that time restored her analytical mind and personality.  She used the following centuries to study again and become something new.  As her powers and mind developed and grew she decided to imbue others with some of that power and use them to help the world.  
Her newest project is the hero of many centuries known as Eulatris.  The pixie known as Echo is Eula's constant companion but also a tiny sliver of Pulcinella herself.  Pulcinella uses this to imbue Eulatris with her warlock powers.  When Eula fell to the Lich King known as Aerchabad'zael, Pulcinella literally froze her and her soul in a block of ice and transported it randomly.  Eventually the wizard Polemicus dug it up on an archaeological dig and placed it in his museum.
